"I chose Aultman Family Medicine for its unique pediatric rotation. During the first year of residency, we take calls and manage pediatric patients on our own. We work closely with the pediatric hospitalists to manage all pediatric patients admitted to Aultman. This experience provides great clinical and educational training. When I looked at other programs, the pediatrics experience was at an outlying hospital and did not provide any ongoing pediatric inpatient care. Here at Aultman, we take pediatrics call throughout our first two years of residency and have continuing pediatric inpatient experiences."
